Kilchoman is a farm distillery on Islay, growing its own Barley and carrying out the complete hand-crafted process of whisky making from grain to bottle. Kilchoman focuses on the traditional use of Peat to dry its barley, however the flavour of each whisky expression is taken to places far beyond that which is infused in the drying proc
Kilchoman is a farm distillery on Islay, growing its own Barley and carrying out the complete hand-crafted process of whisky making from grain to bottle. Kilchoman focuses on the traditional use of Peat to dry its barley, however the flavour of each whisky expression is taken to places far beyond that which is infused in the drying process.
This is because Anthony Wills (owner), an Islay Icon in whisky making, influences an incredible balance of flavours through the masterful selection of casks for full maturation and finishing, making every limited bottling a unique tasting experience.
