Doors open at 6:00 PM.
Complementary Cocktail and appetizer commences at 6:15 PM.
Master class of seven unique releases, presented by Will Martin, our whisky ambassador from Noble Estates Wine & Spirits, begins at 7:00PM, featuring the stories of Robert Burns and four extraordinary distilleries
Upon arrival, Roasted root vegetable curry over wild rice topped with pomegranate cumin yogurt and warm naan bread
Served with a complementary welcome cocktail made with Isle of Harris Gin!
Smoked duck breast with sour cherry reduction over celeriac and carrot salad
Oven roasted AAA Striploin topped with green peppercorn whisky cream sauce served with pommes duchesse, chef’s vegetables, and traditional haggis
Raspberry pistachio tart with fresh whipped cream and berry coulis

Inga Thompson
Hails from the Shetland Islands, the northernmost region of the United Kingdom.
Inga is also a member of the energetic and very entertaining Celtic Band Pagan's Folly and shares lead vocals with Juhan Puhm, while playing the bodhran.
The story behind this distillery is one that involves Robert Burns, when he toiled the same soil that Lochlea Distillery is privileged to grow their malting barley in today.

Tullibardine’s history of brewing and distilling dates back to 1488, when King James IV of Scotland stopped by the site, a brewery at the time, to purchase beer. This was recorded as the first public purchase of beer in Scotland.

The earliest written reference to Scotch Whisky appears in the Exchequer Roll of 1494, commissioning Friar John Cor, a Lindores monk, to turn 8 bolls of malt into Aqua Vitae. After a break of 523 years, spirit is once again flowing from the copper stills at Lindores Abbey Distillery.
